Painting for those who think they can’t draw/paint/be part of an art class
Our next class is Thursday, July 15th2021 — 5:45 PM. — this group of classes July 15th and 22nd will be paintings using only 3 colors. It will make use of our understanding of gray.(For a refresher see the Making Gray video)
Please look about for paintings and photos that have shadows and tones of the paints you intend to use.
I’ll probably do one of the abandoned houses at the end of the group of reference photos. For the yellow house I’d use gamboge, purple, and green. For the blueish gray house I’d use red, green, and blue.

My watercolor instructor is now starting a zoom watercolor class. I helping her some with the technology since I’m doing an online college class due to the virus. One question how you do get to present the picture of painting the watercolor from above? What type of camera do you have and how do you mount it?
Tell her to get in touch.
I am guessing the answer to your 07-12-2020 question is YOU.
